With the Exploring Studio course, we will explore the entire Studio module and get a hands-on experience in terms of what the module has to offer. As a pre-requisite, you need to complete the Platform Fundamentals course before you begin.
The course starts with a quick introduction to the platform and a high-level overview of the features offered within the module.
We then deep-dive into the studio module starting with Database. We explore the database tool, how to create tables, manage records, and how to deal with the database action node.
The next module covers the Knowledgebase feature. Here we explore the Zero setup functionality and document cognition. We see how the generative AI feature enables us to build a QnA bot almost instantly without creating a flow or writing any functions!!
Then the course covers how to build a multi-lingual bot, manage API, write simple Cloud functions, and other additional features of the Studio module.
At the end of the course, you will have understood the core features of the Studio module and should be able to build a Multi-Lingual bot that utilizes the database, APIs, and also custom functions.
